Free Email Verification — Built for Singapore

Looking for a free email verification tool that actually works in Singapore? You're in the right place. This tool lets you verify any email address free — no card, no signup, no credit limit. Just paste an email, click verify, and get an instant Valid / Risky / Invalid result with a deliverability score in under 2 seconds.

Every Singapore SME — from F&B chains and clinics to property agents, retailers, and B2B sales teams — runs on email. But Singapore's email landscape is unforgiving: SingTel, StarHub, and M1 all enforce strict spam filtering, and Google's free Gmail accounts (still the default for most local SMEs) will quietly throttle senders with high bounce rates. One bad list can flag your domain for weeks.

Our free email checker was built specifically for Singapore use cases — verifying customer signups, cleaning sales prospect lists, validating CRM data, and double-checking that one quote request that came in with a suspicious typo. It works on .sg, .com.sg, Gmail, Yahoo SG, Outlook, Hotmail, ProtonMail, and every major Singapore mail host. The tool stores nothing — verification runs in-memory and the result is returned immediately.

How to Verify an Email Address Free (3 Steps)

  1. Paste the email you want to verify into the input box above.
  2. Click "Verify Email" — the check takes under 2 seconds.
  3. Read the verdict — Valid (safe to send), Risky (deliverable but flagged), or Invalid (don't send). You get a 0–100 confidence score and a breakdown of every check we ran.

What This Free Email Verifier Checks

  • Syntax (RFC 5322) — Is the format technically valid? Catches missing @, illegal characters, and bad domains.
  • MX-record lookup — Does the domain actually have a mail server? A DNS query confirms whether the host can receive email.
  • Disposable / temp-mail detection — Flags addresses from 50+ throwaway providers like Mailinator, 10MinuteMail, and YOPmail.
  • Role-account detection — Identifies generic addresses like info@, sales@, admin@ that are deliverable but low-engagement for marketing.
  • Typo detection — Catches common misspellings of major providers (gmial.com, yahooo.com, etc.).
  • Free-mail flagging — Notes whether the domain is a personal mail provider (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) so you can score B2B leads accordingly.

When You Should Verify Emails

  • Before any cold outreach campaign — Even one bounce in 50 hurts deliverability for your entire domain.
  • After bulk CSV imports — Trade-show leads, webinar signups, and purchased lists always need a clean before send.
  • On every form submission — Catch typos and bots before they reach your CRM. (See Form Guard.)
  • Periodically on your CRM — Email addresses decay at roughly 22% per year. Re-verify every 6–12 months.

Free vs Paid — When to Upgrade

This free tool runs syntax + MX verification, which catches the majority of obviously bad emails (typos, fake domains, disposables, malformed addresses, role accounts). For mailbox-level verification — confirming the specific inbox actually exists at the destination server — you need SMTP probing, which is included in our Growth (S$199/mo) and Business / API (from S$499/mo) plans. SMTP probing pushes accuracy from ~70% to ~99%, but it's slower and requires server reputation to work reliably, so it's gated to paid tiers.

Bulk CSV uploads (up to 200,000 emails/month), real-time API access for use inside HubSpot, Mailchimp, Brevo, or WordPress, and our B2B Prospect search are also paid features. See full plans →

Is This Email Verifier PDPA-Compliant?

Yes. The free verifier does not store any email address you check — the verification runs in-memory and the result is returned immediately. Our server logs do not retain the email payload. For paid plans we additionally sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with every client and process all data in Singapore region (AWS/GCP SG). You stay the data controller; we operate strictly as a processor under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

Is this email verifier really free?
Yes — 100% free, unlimited single-email verifications. No signup, no card, no contact details required. The tool is limited to one email at a time. For bulk CSV uploads, real-time API access, or B2B prospecting, our paid Email Services plans start at S$49/month.
How does the email verifier work?
We run four checks in under 2 seconds: (1) RFC 5322 syntax validation, (2) MX-record DNS lookup to confirm the domain accepts mail, (3) disposable/temp-mail provider matching, and (4) role-account detection (info@, sales@, admin@). You get a Valid / Risky / Invalid result with a clear reason.
Is this PDPA-compliant for use in Singapore?
Yes. We do not store any email address you check on this free tool — verification happens in-memory and the result is returned immediately. For paid plans we sign a Data Processing Agreement and process data in Singapore region.
How accurate is the verifier?
The free tier uses syntax and MX-record verification, which catches roughly 70% of bad emails — every fake domain, malformed address, disposable inbox, and typo. The remaining 30% (mailbox-level non-existence) requires SMTP probing, which is available on our paid plans.
Will the person whose email I check be notified?
No. Our free tier does not send any email or perform an SMTP handshake — it only does a DNS lookup on the domain. The email address owner will not be contacted in any way.
What's the difference between Valid, Risky, and Invalid?
Valid: format is correct and the domain accepts mail — safe to send. Risky: technically deliverable but flagged (disposable, role-account, or free-mail provider) — proceed with caution. Invalid: format is broken or no mail server — do not send.
