These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.codehunterssg.com (the "Site"), including the Free Cyber Risk Snapshot scanner, the contact form, and any other tools, content, or services made available through the Site (together, the "Services"). The Site and Services are operated by CodeHunters Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("CodeHunters", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
By submitting a URL to the Cyber Snapshot tool, you confirm that:
The Cyber Snapshot is a surface-level OSINT scan only. It does not log into the target site, exploit vulnerabilities, brute-force credentials, run payloads, or perform any active penetration testing.
The Cyber Snapshot report is provided for informational purposes only. A "100/100 posture score" or "no critical findings" result does not mean your site is secure — it means our surface-level checks did not detect issues. Real security assurance requires a deeper engagement (code audit, cloud posture review, full VAPT). CodeHunters makes no warranty that the Site or the report identifies all vulnerabilities, and is not liable for any breach, loss, or damage that occurs despite a positive snapshot result.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
The Site, its content (text, images, code, branding, the "<K_>" logo), and all related intellectual property rights are owned by or licensed to CodeHunters Singapore Pte. Ltd. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference; any other use requires our written permission.
Once a client engagement is fully paid up, the source code we deliver under that engagement is owned by the client (subject to any third-party licences and our retained rights to general know-how). This is the "100% code ownership" promise we make in our service descriptions, and it is contractually documented in each engagement's master services agreement.
Anything you submit through the Site (form fields, project briefs, scan inputs) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to use that content solely to provide the Services to you (e.g. to run the scan, prepare a quote, or follow up on your enquiry), in line with our Privacy Policy.
The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g. WhatsApp, abuse.ch, social media, payment processors). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeHunters disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that the Site will be free from errors, bugs, viruses, or interruptions, or that the Cyber Snapshot will identify every security issue. You are responsible for keeping your own backups and for following independent security advice before making material changes based on a snapshot.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, CodeHunters' total aggregate liability to you in respect of the Site and the free Cyber Snapshot is limited to SGD 100. For paid client engagements, liability is governed by the relevant master services agreement.
In no event will CodeHunters be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodeHunters and its directors, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (such as a banner on the Site or an email if you have given us your address).
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
